How We Work With Clients

Our firm was formed to work with a small group of clients and provide high-level strategic advice and strategies. We work with some clients on an hourly basis. Some clients like monthly retainers. Some clients are engaged on a contingency basis. The proper structure depends each time on the client and the deal and the investment by each party.

We pride ourselves on establishing the right working relationship that fits each client’s needs. Many times our advice and strategies more than pay for the amounts that we receive from the client. That is our goal–to provide more value to you than you will pay us. In initial meetings we discuss our fees and fee structure thoroughly. Many initial meetings are not billed, however, we are selective in taking on new clients and new projects and selective with initial meetings as a smaller firm. While you are interviewing us, we are interviewing you. We want to create the right working environment and make sure that we both fit each others needs and also see if we can really help you and if you will be receptive to our advice and counsel.

Prior to being engaged by the firm, the client will receive a written fee agreement with the rates and the structure set out in detail.
