Successfully mediated over 20 cases resulting in settlements rather than trials for clients.

Handled set-up, roll-out, acquisition, and administration of worldwide music publishing and royalty collection companies from $0 revenues to approximately $4 to $5million worldwide annually over a 10 year period. Set-up of London offices and accounts. Signed writers, recruited employees, and helped strategize for company with management teams as well as handled litigation matters and asset protection.

Helped Executive Director of the T.J. Martell Foundation, Southeast Region, to achieve the best revenue year ever as President of the T.J. Martell Foundation, (which had net profits of approximately $1 million in 2010). Current counsel for due diligence review of publishing catalogs and valuations for SunTrust Bank and US Bank in Nashville.

Restructuring of loan and security agreements for $20 million real estate development by private investor.

Intense negotiations of a hostile business partner buy-out of a 10 million dollar business.

Liquidation and succession planning for $4 million family-owned real estate company.

Handled (and created in some instances) bidding war negotiations for various artists and songwriters.

Handled hundreds of negotiations as a sports agent and sports lawyer in representing athletes turning pro and already pro.
